Virus or not

Specs: Windows XP, phenem11x4
I)think I) have a keyboard vi0rus
it types zeros in all input windows automatically0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 some times changes other letters
I have changed keyboards still the same
I have run all the virus programs I can find, they found many assorted viruses
lnk worm autoit ect restore files don't work and some had viruses.
no virus program has been able to fix this virus. it even goes away for a few days sometimes, and I am surprised it is letting me type here without too much trouble.
it has destroyed 2 usb modems and plays havock with my desktop icons
It plays up much more at home with a usb modem than at work with an adsl modem.
I am running dual operating sys xp and win 7
xp mainly but win7 is affected as well, the virus won't let me put my boot password in correctly keeps adding extra characters.
I Have been through a virus malware forum which has taken 2 weeks of runung all sorts of tests and virus removing proceeders and they have declared my computer virus free!!!
this is what I wrote to them with no answers.

What are my options now since the 000000000s are still here?
It's not a virus according to your results, not a keyboard fault since I changed keyboards, not an operating system fault since it happens on both os's.
If it's a motherboard fault then it's aware of when I'm at work with an adsl connection or at home with a usb modem, which it doesn't like... obviously not possible. All I can think of is it's either a virus that isn't known yet, or a bios virus. What are your thoughts?

Reboot into safemode with networking (usually by pressing F8 while computer is booting). Once booted up go out to the internet and search for ComboFix. Download it and run it.
