Weird looking troll face popped up in a window prompting "A Virus Has Been Detected" With the choices "Heal or Ignore"

Anyone know what this might be? I have never seen it before.

I would do all the regular updated spyware checks using:
Spybot S&D
Adaware SE
Spyware Blaster
Microsoft Defender

Then maybe try a few free online scans at:
Housecall
BitDefender
Kaspersky
Ewido

Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks
