Virus need help

I ran a virus scan with Verizon Internet Security Suite and it found and quarantined the b.exe virus. Should I delete it or keep it quarantined??

You can simply delete it.
The quarantine is only necessary, if there are system files, that are infected by a virus.
In such case, it's easier to verify, which system files are infected and search the original system files, to restore to the appropriate location.
