I get a message that I have file infected with bloodhound.exploit.10
I cannot find it on my Norton virus list. How do I get rid of it?

From what I can find, this is actually the Download.Ject trojan, and I can't find any removal instructions in my usual resources. It is newly discovered this month. One source rated it as easy to remove.

My suggestion is to boot into safe mode, and do a search for the following files on your root drive (C) and in the register as well:

Download.Ject
bloodhound.exploit.10

See what you come up with; I think you can safely delete any files you find. Especially check your RUN keys in the register under LOCAL MACHINE and CURRENT USER. I hope this thing isn't a regenerator. I will continue to look for info on it.
