virus maybe?

my received is in the millions while my sent is in the hundreds and my download speed is very low in the 40's and on top of that the speed of my wireless modem falls from 54mb to 48mb then to 24mb
are these signs of a virus? i cleaned my computer with mcafee but didnt do anything
help?!?!?

Could be a virus, or it may be spyware. I would try running a spyware program also. Try Spybot Search and Destroy.
