Specs: Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium, 2 GHz / 3038 MB

i am currently using 3 mobile broadband, i have had it for 1 year now and never had any problems but now i am.

As soon as i plug it into my laptop it wont connect first time and then when it does it keeps cutting out every 5 mins. It just wont hold a connection.

I have tried in other rooms of the house but still no luck so it cant be the connection because i have tried it on another laptop in the same place as mine and it works fine on that one. it doesnt cut out at all.

i have also tried several virus programs and it does say i have virus's so i think this may be a problem.

can anyone here help me check with this?

thank you in advance

Download DDS and save it to your desktop.

Disable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.
Once downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.
Then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, the DDS.txt will open.
Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.

When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
1. DDS.txt
2. Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop then post them please.
