While you are at it, go to System Tools and run the "DISK CleanUp" utility on the C: drive. When it shows you the Disk Cleanup tab with the "Temporary Internet Files" option selected, click the "View Files" button, and manually DELETE all the folders shown, (but not the Index file). Then go back and finish running the the Disk Cleanup utility, selecting to clean out all files.
This will help remove traces of this virus, corrupted System Restore files and make the HouseCall AV run a lot faster when you run it again. You are going to run it again!
Then do the Disabling System Restore and then re-enabling System Restore, to delete all the old restore points.

Okay...I was doing the Disk clean up.That finished fine. I then when to disble system restore and...I clicked on control panel to find nothing. It says there is 31 objects in there but I cannot see anything its just a blank window? This is the same thing if I click on my hard drive. It says that there is a bunch of things in there I just cannot see them?
search control panel in your PC search function and see if it shows up ther and then dlluble click it to try and gain access to it. The lack of your control panel icons may be related to your infection, but not sure, right now.
