Virus in Rundll32.exe

My rundll32.exe is infected with an undetectable virus that spreads with an autorun,inf file on your thumb drive.
Is there any Win_XP rundll32.exe download?
So i can get the non infected one.
Its in %windir%\system32\
Could anyone provide a download?
