Comment:
I think I have a virus/trojan/spaware problem with my computer. After I downloaded Spyware & AVG, my computer we haywire. Now my desktop looks like a folder. The left side of the screen has a solid blue partition that mimics a folder, and Folder Tasks, Other Places, and Details pull down bars are present. As for my desktop icons, I cannot move any around nor can I place anything in the Recycle bin without right clicking on the targeted object, then clicking delete. This has been going on for about 2 weeks. I have been advised to download all sorts of anti-virus/spyware type programs and delete the ones mentioned above, but none have worked. I currently am using NOD32 free edition. I am also recieving random pop-up ads that appear out of nowhere for websites that I visited previously. Some of these websites shouldn't have a pop-up because they are government sites, so this also has confused me. I also use my thumb drive constantly with a shared computer that everyone and their brother uses, but I run a virus scan on it before opening up anything. The shared computer has Symmatec as its anti-virus. Hope you can help me out. Thanks.
