Your antivirus software found that trojan?Did you try to remove it with your anivirus software?I assume your antivirus couldnt remove the trojan? If not,try a trojan remover here..
http://www.wilders.org/anti_trojans.htm
If your using AVG antivirus, and Netcop system shield,it possible that there is an issue stated below....
Recently we have been receiving a few complaints that NetCop comes bundled with a trojan because a NetCop System Shield dependancy is being incorrectly detected as such by AVG AntiVirus. We have contacted AVG and hope to have their incorrect definition corrected soon.

For your information, AVG is reporting that NCFef.exe a stub application used by our SystemShield application is (Downloader.Small.AR Trojan). This is incorrect. You may rest assured that we will do everything in our power to resolve this issue quickly. If this doesnt help?you can post back for further advice.Peace

Your best bet is to go to http://www.anti-trojan.org and download a freeware anti trojan program. A lot of anti virus programs have trouble removing trojans, anti trojan programs are specificly made to remove trojans. The wilders site mentioned prevoiusly is outdated
