Virus hidden as Adobe Reader?

Specs: Windows Vista Home Premium, 2.00GB Ram
I just received a warning on my computer from
Windows saying my Adobe Reader was using
an unusual amount of memory. I went into my Control Panel to Add/Remove and lo and
behold there were two Adobe Readers there.

To be safe I intended to un-install both of them, the first one was fine but the second one isn't budging and when I try to un-install it
a loading bar comes up that doesn't look one
bit like Adobe under the name Smart(I cannot
read the rest), it then gives me an Error 20
which I am not sure even exists. I have no idea
what it could be, could somebody please help

Did you try Uninstalling those applications in safe mode.
If couldn't you must go for Anti-virus.
Try cleaning your system with goo Anti-Viruses. Run Malwarebytes, Hitman pro, Combo fix etc..

Please get back the result.

Thank you :-)
