Have run Nortons, ewido, spybot, ad-aware, cwshredder, trojan remover, hijack this. On my taskbar, every 10 minutes or so i get a task pane that runs for about 1 second then disappears. Please guys any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried doing a system restore? If you cannot
do a system restore, turn system restore off and
restart the computer. During the restart enter the
safe mode and run all your virus scans while in it.
