virus file?

My firewall keeps asking me about this file if its ok (when i turn on machine), me thinks its not, because i keep delting a virus and i think it has to do with this.thoughts?

also it(virus) wont let me access via ctrl alt dlt

Win32:Zlob-BN [Trj] is the virus

Download Ewido then set it up this way Ewido Setup Instructions Make sure to update it.You will need this later in safe mode

Please download ATF-Cleaner to your desktop from this link
ATF-Cleaner You will need it later in safe mode

Next follow these directions to reboot into Safe Mode

Run Ewido and let it delete all that it finds.

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

Re-boot into normal windows and run this free online scan which also does removal BitDefender

I did it all as it was suggest but it keeps coming back.Can i get to it in my registry?I've
deleted things in there before.Help me that way?

The trojan is re-creating itself upon reboot so please do the following.

'Do Not' reboot your computer during this procedure.Stay in normal windows mode.

Download,install and update a2squared

Down and install CCleaner Basic
Disable system restore shown Here
Leave it off.

Now, run Ewido and let it delete what it finds.Run a2squared next and do the same.Once finished,turn system restore back on and create a new restore point.Run CCleaner to clean up some of the junk.

Now, restart your computer back into normal mode, run CCleaner again and run Ewido again and hopefully it says your clean.If not, save the log.

Next, run this free online scan from Panda If your not clean, save this log.
Next, do the same with this free online scan from Kaspersky Save the log if it reports any infections.Let us know what happens.
