there are a number of programs you can try. Do you have anti virus and anti spyware installed already? If not you should get some protection immediately. There are some reviews on my blog;http://virus-protection-and-removal.blogspot.com/ That would be the first thing I would try. Get yourself a good program, and see if that helps!

Download and Run this tool, it fixes these all options changed by malware or virus. But if your system is infected then these options disabled again at next restart. So be sure your system is clean.
Otherwise you can post your Hijackthis log, Adii will resolve your log either you are infected or clean.

download Avast Free and let it do a bootscan and remove all it finds.
You may also want to do this free online scan and remove all it finds:

I strongly suggest ESET NOD32 and Spyware Doctor. You not only have to delete the virus but also the spyware which is bringing the file in.

Incase all the above fail checkout my blog where i have written down manual procedure to both enable Task Manager, regedit, hidden files PERMANENTLY and delete the virus infection manually

I hope it helps!
