virus blocks AV websites

I am unable to access ANY anti-virus or spyware websites, they are blocked.i have checked the hostfile andit is perfect, and got a update for anti-malware bytes and super anti-spyware from another computer and done a full scan, but found nothing!
any help would be appreciated

sorry for the late reply but now i try open hijackthis, it comes up with a error, and also, lots of pop ups appear, i belive the virus is back, since it has also made shortcuts on my desktop to maliciouse sites.

well if you didnt have AV and you downloaded things your either not experienced or are stupid =)
try using a browser proxy to access the wesites.
also you can buy an AV on a disc and try to install that (although it probably wont work) OR you can find where the virus is situated decompile it and f--- up its scripting.

LOl, well i do have a AV, its avg antivirus professional, but since all AV sites were blocked, the AV couldnt update definitions, and the virus got in, i couldnt be asked to do a munaul update from another computer, and only some things i could download through them, so know, the only way i know to f*** up this virus is by intstalling and formatiing vista again, i had backed up all the important stuff before the virus, so it hasnt been duplicated.
Dirty viruses. do u recomend any other GOOD AV software and other security programs?
