Ok lets try cleaning a few things to gain some overall performance increase. Download Wise Registry Cleaner and Wise Disk Cleaner. Clean the Registry first, then the Disk. Then rerun Wise Registry Cleaner doing the other two steps. (System Tuneup and Defrag if needed?) Please reply and let us know if our help worked. Your feedback helps others. Maybe you?

No I'm on my non affected pc the infected one is still down...currently running unhide....problem is I have two laptops and the clean one is now dead lol....and I have only one cord that works both of them....the infected comp is near dead so I'm having to switch cords....unhide is taking its time....so for now I'm back on my phone until I can switch cords back.....the old laptop uses power faster then it charges....I am able to use my phone to access this site....but I can't cut and paste the log info on my phone....that's why the link was bad....sorry for the confusion not a good day for me lol...

Unhide brought back all my missing icons...and now have a functioning start menu.....also found my tax info from last year I needed and went through hell to get this year....but the webpages still aren't being displayed...so programs are still blocked and firewall and all is off or the programs are allowed....

so how can programs be blocked with Rkill finding nothing? Whats the next step to allow programs access?

Can you download Tweaking's All In One tool from this link to your flash drive: http://www.tweaking.com/content/pag... Run tool, select Start Repairs right-hand tab, Start button. It will then ask you to make a Restore Point please do. No its the one bought for him to use in middle school...hes not suppose to play games and download stuff on there but somehow it got this virus a while ago....He could still get oinline with AOL program, but now its all browser based so he lost access to the internet for good now....

I think I have gotten rid of all the virus,s on the computer now, but havent been able to fix whatever changed blocking everything from accessing the internet....nothing can update at all cept windows and until recently AOL....unhide brought back everything else (except the restore datesfrom system restore) the actual restore program was hidden too along with half the control panel.....but I cant for the life of me figure out how theese programs are blocked...specially if windows updates and AOL use to wok as well....Even with all access given to the program it doesnt work.

if you download the trial onto a flash drive it cant install without connecting to the interrnet which it cant on the bad pc
