Virus alert!

OS: Windows XP SP2
CPU/Ram: 512 Ram

My computer was infected by some virus. Now the "VIRUS ALERT!" is appeared in Taskbar and the Time format also changed from 12hrs to 24hrs, how can i solve the problem give me the solution. Thanks in advance.

Then to change the time format go to 'regional and language options' in control panel. Click 'customize' and then 'time'.
