My computer just already got the virus **** (trojan, spyware and adware) because I try to download some game keygen. I try to fix using spybot.
Using spybot, after scanning over and over again, the virus deleted but why still appear notification VIRUS ALERT in my taskbar and there is no access to programs in start menu.
Somebody can help me to fix this?thx before..

Must be a lot of that going around. Check my posting in the thread two entries below yours:

If you already removed the malware files that caused the problem, you can edit the registry to remove the 'virus alert!' entries.
There also a link there to 'malwarebytes' which is a recommended fix, although I didn't try it.

Well, that's just great. It looks like the thread I linked to that explained what was up with that 'virus alert! message has been deleted. This was the gist of it:
The 'virus alert!' in the taskbar is because that term has been added to the time format line in the registry. It also shows when doing a DIR in command prompt. Removing the malware files that caused it may still leave that message. On the PC I worked on it had also replaced the XP product ID with 'virus alert!'. This causes a verification error to show when you boot to the desktop. Fortunately the internet explorer product ID is the same as the XP ID, at least on mine. To find that ID just click HELP from the IE taskbar and choose ABOUT INTERNET EXPLORER.
To fix the problem run regedit and do a search for virus alert!. There are going to be a few references. On those referring to the time format in the taskbar just modify the value to remove the virus term, leaving the rest of the entry intact. For the product ID references, modify the line to remove the term and then add the IE product ID.
A recommended fix like malwarebytes may repair the registry entries as part of the malware eradication process. If it doesn't or if you use some other detector that only removes the files then with this method you can manually repair the registry.
