Aren't you running an anti-virus program? If not, you should be. Download Malwarebytes and install it. Disable System Restore, reboot, and run Malwarebytes (full scan.) Delete everything detected. Reboot, and re-enable System Restore.

it would be a SPYWARE notification in your task bar, right? i.e YOUR PC HAS A SERIOUS VIRUS or YOUR PC MIGHT BE AT RISK or even YOUR HAVE GOT SPYWARES etc. you should run SUPER ANTI SPYWARE (even the free verison of this program dose remove spywares), download super anti spyware http://darfuns.com/download-super-a...
