Virus Alert. Help.

Ok, so, I have lost right hand side of the start menu "Run, control panel, etc" the hard drive is not visible but is however accessible, it's the same with my ROM drive. I'm also unable to access task manager.

forgot to mention I had "Virus Alert" in the taskbar, I used "Malwarebytes" and removed that with several other infections, I think it saved a log too it it is required. Also in the Majority of other threads similar to my problem, you guys asked for a Hijackthis log, I have one, if you need it.
