i really need help removing virtumonde. it started when i got a pop up that said i have been infected with spyware. i have tried running a scan with spybot search and destroy on safe mode but that didnt work and i turned off system restore but it always comes back. spybot says its located in HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-3002672274-2292649067-3641409951-1009\Software\Microsofy\aldd. ive also tried avg and that didnt work. im not that great with computers so take that into consideration in your answers. thanks.
