VBS/Redlof@M virus?

CPU/Ram: 2.0 GHz Intel , RAM 512MB
Comment:

I used my McAfee VirusScan 7.0 to scan my hard drive. I have 3 files infected (?) with a virus (?) called "VBS/Redlof@M"? How do I clean it?
