Please can you help? IE has become v slow over the last week and is constantly crashing. I have noticed various links appearing on websites in lime green, when you hover over them they are sponsored links. Also, on a couple of occasions, have had a windows message saying that my pc is low on virtual memory.

Ive run adaware and have Zone Alarm (plus AVG) on my system, all uptodate.

Anyone got any ideas - it is really slowing it down on line.

you got alot of spyware..possible trojan virus effections too.
also looks like your browser is being hijack.

so with that in mind heres what u need and a must have in todays enviroment

spybot search and destroy 1.3
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html

adaware
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

cwshredder 2.0 for your hijack
http://www.softpedia.com/public/cat/10/17/10-17-150.shtml

this will get ya started with 90% cleanup
i have more software but they are not free
if u download them. send an email if u need further help.

also look into trying another antivirus software..i used avg for 6yrs and was great but a year ago i left it for nod32...its the best bar none and i was lucky to find it in researching the virus labs and independant testing labs, they all rate it the best with least amount of failure detection rate.

www.nod32.com

i reccommend doing the research on different brands and find one that u feel is most effective and settle for nothing less than the best

The "Green links" are the site owners sponsors "Vibrant Media’s
IntelliTXT "

Hover over the green link and you get a little pop up in the top right is a "Whats this" link...gives a very good explanation.

Maybe the settings in your ad blocking software are causing a problem when trying to load pages with the IntelliTXt links.
