Unlocker Error Debug Privileges?

My unlocker program was working for a short while ,but after I rebooted ,the dreaded message came up -"Error Debug Privileges".
Basically the way I see it just simply means , it has permanently stopped working. Now after I re-install the unlocker program ,it just repeats itself and sometimes the message does not even come up and nothing happens. I have used this program for about half an hour successfully deleting viruses that my anti virus could not. Also I do not understand why it has an EBAY link attached to it. What is the solution and will they remedy the situation in the next version of unlocker ?
I emailed support days ago ,but they have sent me no reply.
