Do you get a message when Using NOD32 that the file is in use, etc? If you do enter the safe mode, select administrator and run NOD32 while in the safe mode. If it keeps coming back, you will need to turn off system restore(My Computer>properties>system restore), then restart the computer. I enter the safe mode and run my antivirus scan in it. If the virus is cleaned/repaired, restart and you can then turn system restore back on. System Restore files are protected and antivirus programs cannot repair/clean them.
