Unknown Virus Memory

HI:Yesterday my PC started acting Funny
& it exiting The internet By itself while I am surving the net
anyhow I did an Online Scanning @ panda/Bitdefender/MKS/Windows Security/ETC.....And none of them Catch anything Except "Panda" which Found 2 viruses ...
But When I did a Scan with my Own Antivirus "NOd32" it Told me there is an Unknown Virus Reside in my Memory and it Cannot Take it out
& the name for that Virus:
NewHeur_PE Virus
Now the Problem is: My Dell Computer it doesn,t have
a Floppy Drive & I am Unable to Make a Rescues antivirus Boot disk
I was Wondering if there anyway To make a Boot CD antivirus & boot with it To destroy That Virus ......

poweraid, That NewHeur_PE Virus is probably a false positive with NOD32. Check out the link below.
