Can anyone tell me what this file is "lhfhhe32.exe". It does not show up under running applications or processes. It does not shut down properly when pc closes and it auto starts. I suspect it is trying to take over when I pay bills online due to perculiar behavior. If I can't find it how do I get rid of it?

It looks like virus that created a random name for it's self. Since zero results were turned up for lhfhhe32.exe and lhfhhe32.
Try renaming it to something like lhfhhe32.exe.vir. Then use WinTools.net to do a registry scan and remove the broken target. Restart. If windows starts fine-tada!
