I recently uninstalled messenger from my computer as i got a virus on my old msn address. i now have a new one however the messenger screen never comes up. ive tried deleting it and downloading it again but it always says that i already have messenger downloaded on my computer, when there are no traces of it on my computer at all (no icons, no folders or files, nothing) What is the problem? should i just reboot my computer and start all over again?
