uninstalled malwarebytes w/viruses

I just got talked thru disinfecting my computer. It worked great but is it ok if one of the programs I ran, malwarebytes, found a lot of viruses and quarantined them, then I uninstalled the program before deleting them? It included the vundo virus.

no...emty the quarantined viruse...and its always gud to keep a backup of ur registry....

The quarantine file was a part of malwarebytes which I uninstalled. Did all the viruses get deleted with the program when it was uninstalled?
