Comment:

I have a backdoor trojan named msmg.exe located in my Windows/System folder. I've tried the LATEST editions of Norton Anti Pro 2003 and Mcaffee, but both are unable to do anything with this trojan virus. I tried to move it or delete it myself after my virusscans couldnt do anything and it said the file was "Being Used by Windows". I'm stumped, any suggetions? Help would be much appreciated.---Thanks

hi windowsisabitch,
it certainly is isn't it?
why don't you try Boclean anti-trojan? its the best of the pay for anti-trojans, with the possible exception of TDS.
for more info on trojans and their removal go to www.thepublicworks.com security section and link to simovits consulting, darkE, trojan removal, tom cat and trojan ports.
hope this helps,
murve

HELLo

windows sucks...

here's one simple way to get this over with:
terminate the process msmg.exe, and then delete it from windows., but the dos method might be better.
