Comment:

I have several trojan viruses that can't be deleted. I just downloaded AVG and that won't delete them ive tried to do it manually through the command prompt but it didnt work. I may have been doing it wrong. I also have tried to do it manually through safe mode but then i couldn't find the file. Can someone please help me get rid of the problem.

I have windows Vista and the two viruses are msa.exe and b.exe

Download and burn e.g. Avira AntiVir Rescue System (ISO-file).
Start the system with this cd, update the antivirus program and scan the whole system.

I fixed the problem by deleting it through task manager processes first which then allowed me to delete the file. Thanks for responding though.
