Uncontrolable Scrolling

Hi. I was wondering if anyone could help me! Any window I go into, whether it be Word or Internet Explorer the page scrolls by itself... uncontrolably. And yes i have tryied a new mouse and a new key board..any ideas?

Hello Foot, often this problem occurs when you have made a modification on your "panel control", "mouse" configuration. Or when you had a special option to move the pointer fast to the next "command" to point. Try to reconfigure your mouse to a regular default option, or if you have a new mouse working by laser beam, install drivers required by the model you have....

maybe try a system restore back to when the mouse worked fine...it's worth a try.
