Can not visit sites such as microsoft.com, or any antivirus sites at all, including MBAM, PANDA, Online Scanners, and more

theres a file also called "D" that is to remove confliktor virus, ran it in safe mode, it detected nothing. ran mbam, which is fairly updated [was last updated on the first] that too detected nothing, can not update mbam, hosts file has been checked out, nothing wrong there [and it also has been restored] -- another problem is not being able to set the "Show hidden files and folders" option without regeditting the value to '1' instead of '0'

good luck, I hope someone requested the log. It will probably get deleted.
