Cheers for that Nigel, but i think it is a bit more insidious than that. I have read all sorts - like that it is a virus or spy-ware???........i'm at a loss - I certainly did not ask for it and can only presume it arrived while downloading software from "cnet" during last week. Ccleaner and outfox itself both stall at around 90% of the task and as for windows own uninstall function - only a change tab is available showing no facility to uninstall at all.
