unable to remove bloodhound.exploit

Hi everyone,

I'm having major issues with these bloodhound exploit notifications from my Symantec Anti-virus. It says that it's in my temp folder, but I am unable to locate the file that it says it's in, so it won't let me delete or even quarantine it.

I've followed numerous instructions on the internet to delete it through safe mode and using malwarebytes and hijack, but it doesn't detect any malicious threats.

Anyone can give me some advice?
