If this malware does not let you download files to the infected computer, download the files/programs below to your USB flash drive using a >clean computer< and then transfer them to the infected computer.

Now, download the following::

McAfee Fake Alert Stinger:

(Select: Softpedia Secure Download (US))

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:

Plug the USB flash drive into the infected computer.

If the malware process is running, do not close it.

Now open the USB flash drive
Double-click on the FixExe.reg file.

Allow the data to be added to your computer‘s Registry.

Next, disable the System Restore Utility to remove any infected files from the C:\_Restore folder:

Start > Control Panel > System and Maintenance, Click System.

In the left pane, click 'System Protection'. (If prompted, enter your Administrator password or click Continue.)

Uncheck the box next to the 'C:\' disk
Click: OK

Now, transfer McAfee Fake Alert Stinger .zip file from the USB flash drive to the Desktop of the infected computer.

Right-click and select: Extract all...

In the Fake Alert folder created, right-click stinger.exe, and select: Run as Administrator (if the option is available - if not, double click to run the program)

At the main screen, press: ‘Scan Now’

When done, save the scan results to a log file
Click: File
Select: Save report to file
Save to the Desktop

>>Please post the McAfee Fake Alert Stinger report in your reply.<<

Last, run the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: mbam-setup.exe file (on the USB flash drive).

Double-click on this file to install MalwareBytes' on to your computer.

Run Malwarfebytes’ AntiMalware and update the program.

Once updated, select Perform Full Scan and click the ‘Scan’ button.

When the scan finishes, click ‘OK’ in the message box, and you will see the results of the scan.

Click the ‘Remove Selected’ button to get rid of the malware.

When Malwarebytes finishes, you may be prompted to reboot. Please do so.

Don't worry about the 'Solved', no biggie.

"is there a free male were i can download" - a little bit confused about your comment. Can you explain what you mean?

Let's go this route and see if we can get you going...

SASSafeRun is a portable launcher of SuperAntiSpywaare that can be stored and run directly from a USB Flash Drive.

Download SASSafeRun to a USB flash drive using a clean computer:

If the file does not download, copy/paste the following >>without the brackets<< to the address bar of your browser on the clean computer:

Now, restart the computer.
Tap the F8 key before Windows starts, to bring up the Windows Advanced Options menu

Use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode with Networking

Press: Enter

Plug in the USB flash drive in the infected computer, and right-click SASSafeRun.COM and select: Run as Administrator. If the option is not available, just double-click to run.

Once in SuperAntiSpyware, select:
‘Scan your computer’ > ‘Perform a Complete Scan’

When done, on the main screen, click on the 'Preferences' button.
Click on the 'Statistics/Logs' tab
Double-click on the most current log.

Please provide the SuperAntiSpyware log in your reply.

Now, see if you can do this:

Open Task Manager ( with 'Ctrl' 'Alt' 'Del' simultaneously)

Go to the Processes tab, and end exlporer.exe, if it's there.

Now, go back to File > New Task (Run)...

In the 'Open' field type (or copy/paste) this, exactly:

Now, download shell.reg:
Save to the Desktop

Double-click on shell.reg
When asked to be merge the data, please allow it.

Restart the computer.

Any improvements on your Desktop?
