well
go my computer again go tools\folder option\view\hidden files and folder then click show all files and folser and uncheck mark hide extension and hide protect..
now explore D,E drive and delete autorun file, restart computer and double click D or E

Recently their is a virus which makes your drive's D,E partitions
unreadable. Simply connect your hard drive to any other pc as
slave. In windows explorer enable show hidden files and you will
get your data.
