Web Page Only Opens Up On Half Screen Unable To Scroll Open

when starting up web page only half is displayed unable to scroll open full page .this only happens on google. widows opens up but very slow I do have mcfee security fitted. any help to sort this problem new to computors

    1. McAfee Internet Security is well-known to slow down computer systems, especially if the amount of RAM your PC has is bordering on the “just enough” level (less than 4GB).
      I would uninstall it and use something else and see if browsing the web is any better.
