Hi I am having a major problem. The othere day I think I got infected or something as my internet connection started playing up. It would shut down for no reason. Then suddenly my ZA icon in the system tray has dissappeared and I cant get into the ZA main page or do not know how to check its status. I cant uninstall it either to try a fresh installation. Everytime I do try I get this message pop up "the file c:\WINDOWS\system32\ZoneLabs\vsmon.exe could not be opened" At the same time I have another problem!!! I am on a wireless broadband connection and have not used my dial up for over a year. However over the last couple of days It has been trying to 'come on' every 30 minutes or so and failing after a few attempts. Then some message pops up in what looks like Italien telling me it has failed! Anyway I have taken a hijack file and would appreciate somebody being able to look at it for me. I am fairly new to the computer game as its mainly used by my young sons for gaming and chatting to friends so please be gentle with me!LOL Thanks in advance guys Mark

probably your computer got infected with somthing, run antivirus and a spyware removal utility in windows "safe mode"
