Hi - Im new to the forum and need some help. I am hoping to start my own business soon using this computer but I cannot get an antivirus system up and running again. Whenever I try to access anything to do with antivirus my browser crashes. I have Windows XP and had Norton Antivirus installed on it when it was shipped. A few weeks ago the whole system crashed and I thought that was the end, however it was managed to salvage by opening a new user account. After this whenever I try to run Norton Antivirus or even access it or Symantec the program stays open for only a few seconds before shutting. Now, I have broadbank connected and am able to go to all other sites and things are running ok but it bothers me that I cannot open Norton Antivirus, Symantec and cannot download AVG to cover my computer now. I would really appreciate if someone could help me out. Many thanks
