Try start>run and type in:

regsvr32 softpub.dll

If it's still not working, there are more steps to try in this KB article.

If using IE click tools, internet options, and the advance tab. Scroll toward the bottom. Make sure the SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 boxes have a checkmark in them.

If using Netscape - click edit, preferences, and open Privacy and Security. Click on SSL. Make sure SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 have a checkmark in the box.

If this doesn't work then do as HiJinx said.

I'm getting the same problem, but it appears to be related to Norton Firewall. Turning off the firewall allows me to access the secure websites but when on, access to the sites is impossible. This happens in both IE and Mozzilla Firefox, with some normal websites also restricted as well. For instance it was not allowing me to log onto to this site until I had disabled the firewall.

I've followed the ideas above but nothing seems to work.

Regards
