I insert the product disc into optical drive and then click on Launch Norton, but nothing opens up for me to install it
Browse the disk from "Computer" and see if you can find a file such as setup.exe or install.exe If so double click the file and see if it starts installing.

If that does not work, you might find the installation file and right click it, then select run as administrator.
