It won't let me remove THE SHIELD DELUXE from my system. My license for this company has expired so I have decided to go with a different anti-virus program. Tried to remove the program but half way into the process it tells me there's an error and asks me to retry or cancel. I've tried to retry it but it only does the same thing.
