i found an address in the trusted zone on the hijackthis scan (i didn't put it there). i tried to remove it with hijackthis but it didn't disappear, i tried to remove it from the internet explorer but that didn't work as well.
what can i do?

First, try to do this on Safe Mode. To do so, restart your pc, hit F8 until Safe Mode menu comes up. Once in safe mode, try to remove it.
If it doesn't work, then try this, but be careful:
Try looking the name of the zone in the registry keys, and delete them. But just that, don't mess with any other keys.
To access the registry, go to start, run, type in regedit, and hit ok. Then highlite C: and then go to edit, find, and type the name. Hit ok, and it will find you the value. Delete it. Then press F3, and do the same again... Keep pressing F3 and deleting until it cannot find anything else.
