Reply: (edit)Did you uninstall the previous version and then install the upgrade, or did you just install the upgrade on top of the old version keeping the previous settings? When I get a ZA upgrade notice, I always wait a couple of weeks to make sure there are no problems with the new version. Then I uninstall my old version of ZA and then completely install the new version. There is a ZA forum at Zonealarm User Community that is very helpful, and will give you an idea of what problems people are having, or you can sign up and get specific help. The latest version is 3.7.159.

Reply: (edit)In the SERVICES area, if you select TRUEVECTOR you can click the PROPERTIES and from there you can set what to do IF the prog goes OFF, like having it restart itself. As for the prog going OFF in the 1st place, that is a concern, like maybe a virus or trojan maybe, so do an on-line scan at www.housecall.antivirus.com
