Solved trouble signing in to scotiabank using win 8.1

October 30, 2013 at 17:49:41
Specs: Windows 8.1
I get a strange looking page and trying to put in numbers for card number or pin number I get letters by using number pad or keyboard but if I put in 11 letters then backspace all letters then it
will put numbers in and I can sign in. Did not have any problem with Win 8.

Thanks everyone but my son fixed it for me. He clicked on tools>Compatibility View Settings, added the bank site then unchecked the box for " Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" .

Please raise your own new post rather than posting into someone else's thread. In any event this one has been solved so it might get ignored. No two problems are quite the same.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
