TROJ_GEN.R37C3AV infection of computer

February 7, 2011 at 08:43:00
Specs: Windows Vista
My computer is infected by the TROJ_GEN.R37CAV program. TrendMicro can neither quarantine nor delete it. When I try to delete it myself, I get a dialog box saying that permission is denied. Checking boxes in Properties to change permissions does not help. Any ideas? Will doing a System Restore help at all?

Also, I have no idea what this program is doing or trying to do. I see no effects on my ability to operate normally. Is it permitting remote operation of my system or allowing personal information to be sent to a remote location? (Thankfully, I don't think I have anything particularly dangerous in the way of personal information stored on my computer.)
