Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool will remove all varients of the Zlob trojan download it from Here and set it to run a full scan
If any advice helps, please post back as it might help others.

Hi John, run this free online scan: http://www.spywareinfo.com/xscan.php and remove all it finds. That should cure your problem. Also if you need some good free cleaners click on the red link, they are all listed on one page. Good luck

if you still have this problem, i suggest you to go through zlob removal. but the zlob trojan is able to download and run other threats, so you should install an anti spyware to remove the other infections.
