Trojan.Vundo Attacks Again

My computer has the Trojan.Vundo virus. Symantec has been working overtime. It has managed to send me over 1,000 virus notifications in one hour of the same virus. Nothing ever changes about it except the time that it was detected.
It's really slowing my computer down big time. It's even starting to make typing lag a bit.
I downloaded the symantec removal tool and after about an hour of waiting it was finally complete. I took a screenshot ofwhat it said. It's actually quite humorous.
