KAV 5.0 Personal finds this virus in Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\...\4XI70PI7\protect[1].php and in B5IGAFO6\protect[1].php, but cannot delete it, and KAV 4.0 doesn't detect anything. Is there any other way to delete it or tool? Please help, that's my big problem :-) Thanks,

If the program won't delete it you'll have to delete it yourself manually....shock ...horror..!!. It is telling you where it is so find it and delete it.If it still won't let you then boot into safe mode and delete it.
