KAV 5.0 Personal finds this virus in Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\...\4XI70PI7\protect[1].php and in B5IGAFO6\protect[1].php, but cannot delete it, and KAV 4.0 doesn't detect anything. Is there any other way to delete it or tool? Please help, that's my big problem :-)

Thanks,

If the program won't delete it you'll have to delete it yourself manually....shock ...horror..!!.
It is telling you where it is so find it and delete it.If it still won't let you then boot into safe mode and delete it.

Follow Paul23 advice above. Read the following:

Manual Removal:
Follow these steps to remove Trojan-Downloader.JS.Codebase.c from your machine. Begin by backing up your registry and your system, and/or setting a Restore Point, to prevent trouble if you make a mistake.

Remove Files:

Remove these files (if present) with Windows Explorer:

protect.php

Remove Files and Directories

Many programs create one or more directories, at the time of installation, for the convenient organization of their files. Such directories are logical containers. Complete removal of a pest may require removal of files in various locations, and may require removal of one or more directories.

Both Files and Directories may be found and removed using Windows Explorer:

1. Right-click on the Start button (lower left of your screen).
2. Choose Explore.
3. Locate the file or directory of interest and highlight it.
4. Right-click to invoke the popup menu, and choose Delete.

Do us a favor and post back if suggestions worked.
